North Trail RV Center was proud to receive several prestigious Newmar sales and service awards at the annual Newmar’s annual dealer meeting / awards dinner in Fort Lauderdale, Florida earlier this month.

This award highlights how well a dealer personalizes the buying experience for customers ordering a Newmar motorhome. Our Newmar Experts work with our guests to help them design their custom Newmar dream motorhome in our East Coast Newmar Design Center. Dealers earn this award by submitting photos of customers when they order their coach. Those photos travel with the RV through the production line, where Newmar team members often sign or interact with them. The photos are then returned with the finished motorhome, creating a personal connection between the customer and the people who built it.

It recognizes dealers who go the extra mile to make buyers feel like individuals. Not just another unit sold.
